No, you have to crack the BITS Pilani HD test for M.E. (not M.Tech bits provide full-time M.E. Not M.Tech) in BITS Pilani. But you can get MHRD scholarship based on your GATE Score.

BITS Pilani doesn't accept GATE Score for their M.E. (equivalent as M.Tech). There's a separate entrance test for higher degree programs which you need to crack for admissions. For more information check this website: http://www.bitsadmission.com/hdmain.aspx
