Does BMS accept JEE paper 2 marks if my AIR in paper 2 is 6000? Will they accept?

Yes, it accepts 10% of its total seats from JEE paper 2. And, also if there are some seats left after all the admission process, they will increase the number of seats under JEE also, and you can easily get admission in this college at this score.
