Does BPO work count as a work experience while applying for top MBA schools like London Business School?

Hi Sachin,
Yes, it will be counted, but the quality of work will be evaluated. There are many roles within a BPO, and if you are a customer service executive then universities will check how far you went ahead to satisfy customer needs, how innovative you were. Challenges you faced, teamwork etc. So no job is underestimated but quality matters and you have to showcase.
