Does California Lutheran University offer scholarships?

<p>International students can avail of financial aid and scholarships, which can be divided into the following two categories: automatic consideration and separate application.</p><p><strong>Automatic Consideration:&nbsp;</strong>An international candidate is automatically considered for these financial aids without the need for a separate application:</p><ul><li><strong>Global Scholars Program:</strong>&nbsp;Students from Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America are eligible for aid under the Global Scholars Program. Transfer students can get up to USD 25,000, while first-year students can get up to USD 30,000. These aids are renewable and can be availed during subsequent years of enrollment.</li><li><strong>Norway America Association (NorAm) Scholarship:</strong>&nbsp;Under this, the scholarship amount remains uniform each year. Students must apply through the Norway America Association to avail themselves of this scholarship.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Required:&nbsp;</strong>A few scholarships/aids require separate applications, such as:</p><ul><li><strong>International Grant</strong>: Students have to demonstrate their financial needs through the international financial aid application. The amount of aid is determined based on the results of the application. The amount of the financial grant stays the same throughout a student&rsquo;s course of study at Cal Lutheran.</li><li><strong>Cal Lutheran Donor Scholarships</strong>: Over 300 scholarships offered by Cal Lutheran&rsquo;s benefactors can be availed by students. Students need to fill up a general application form to become eligible for this.</li></ul>
