Yes, Capital University of Science & Technology in Pakistan offers a full refund of tuition fees to first-semester students who withdraw in writing at least a week before the start of the semester. Students must also have failed to achieve the minimum percentage required for the program. Students receive a 50% refund from the 8th to 15th day of classes, and no refund from the 16th day of classes
