Yes, Case Western Reserve University does offer scholarships to international students.  The university offers a limited amount of need-based aid to first-year and transfer international applicants. First-year international applicants may need to submit applications for special CWRU scholarships listed on the Office of Undergraduate Admission website under Scholarship Competitions. Some of the scholarships offered to international students include the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship, FIRST Scholarship, Case Western Reserve University Leadership Scholarships, and Arts Achievement Scholarship.
