Does CBSE provide half a mark for attempting the question in class 12 maths 2019 board exam (please read details) and help?

I gave my maths board exams in March and I am expecting 29 to 31 marks with correct answers and also partially correct answers. I have also attempted all the questions by writing the relevant formulas and some steps which might be wrong. So, if I get atleast 0.5 marks for them then I'l pass easily.

Yes, the CBSE board provide you a checking on the basis of step marking. If your first step is correct and solution is wrong, then also, you get marks of first correct step but if your starting step is wrong and rest, solution is correct, then you get no marks.
