Does Central University of Haryana refund fees?

<p>The Central University of Haryana does offer fee refunds as per UGC guidelines:</p><ul><li>100% refund if withdrawal is 15+ days before the last admission date.</li><li>90% if less than 15 days before, 80% if within 15 days after, and 50% within 30 days after the last admission date.</li><li>The refund is not available beyond 30 days after the date of last admission.
