Students must be exposed to professional etiquette, mannerisms, communication and interpersonal skills, ethics and virtues, and proper sensibility in order to function in a multicultural setting. Students must participate in community development initiatives in order to acquire empathy and organisational abilities. Only when the interviewer notices the students' abilities do they get hired. As a result, some corporations may visit each of these campuses, offering the greatest compensation to one and hiring for mundane jobs and lower salaries to the others.
