Does change in name after 12th affect admission in JEE and IIT colleges?

I have changed my name but it is not updated on 10th and 12th class marksheet.

Name change in 12th does not affect JEE IIT college admission, if you carry necessary proof of that name. If Name is not updated in 10th and 12 mark sheets-Legal affidavit for change of name during application & at time of admission. This affidavit, along with a gazette notification (if applicable)
