Hi,
The answer to this is yes you can, by getting an affidavit made from the court regarding the name change and an inform consent from your parents
Yes, You are allowed to change your name but only through legal process. Seek the help of a local notary to make an affidavit for name change. You can fill your new name in the form. And even if you filled ild name then also don't panic. While counselling just show gazzette and other documents of new name. They will ractify afterwards. Generally speaking, names on academic diplomas aren't changed unless a spelling or administrative error occurs. Just like your birth Certificate the universit...more -
According to the information you provided, if you have not filled out the NEET 2023 form, there will be little impact on the admissions process from a name change. The form requires you to fill in your name as it appears on your 10th grade marksheet, and in this case, a simple affidavit, along with your 10th grade marksheets and a government ID (as per your changed name), would be helpful during the counseling process. The issue arises if a name change is done after the NEET-UG form is submitted.

Depends on when you have changed your name. If you change it after filling your NEET UG exam forms, then it might be chaotic for a short time, but later on, an affidavit will be acceptable, so it's not a big worry. But just a reminder, for counselling or admission, you've to write the name written in NEET admit card, and then later on you can write alias or talk to the authority.
