<p>It is because of this that 100% placement with regards to Chitkara College of Pharmacy students should not be guaranteed. The placement is good, though, with approximately 80% students being placed in reputed pharmaceutical companies each year. Big corporate organizations such as Cipla, Pfizer, and Sun Pharma have recruitment drives in the college campus every year and provide a good opportunity to students for internship and employment. Although many students find placement, the real percentage depends on individual performance and market conditions. In short, it is an attempt at creating a better employability status for the student in college through practical training.</p>
