I want to shift to KLE college since Christ university is very far from my house. Will christ university allow students to join another college for 2nd year?

Christ University (deemed-to-be university) Bangalore has five campuses, out of which three are located in Bangalore and the other two are in Delhi (NCR) and Pune, respectively.
