    Hello,
I feel this is good as it inculcates the habit of discipline and regularity in students. if you have less than 75% attendance then you need to pay INR. 8,000 per subject to give the exam or else you will be debarred.
    Thank you.

I have heard that the university is particular about attendance. But, somewhere I feel this is good as it inculcates the habit of discipline and regularity in students. If this is not done by the universities/ colleges many students will never ever go to classes and waste hard earned money of their parents by getting flunked.
Sensible students maintain a balance of attendance and have a wonderful college life.
