Does College of Engineering, Shivnagar Vidya Prasarak Mandal's give 100% scholarship?

<p>The College of Engineering, Shivnagar Vidya Prasarak Mandal (SVPM) does not provide 100% free education, that is to say the students will not pay anything. However, there exists a scope of financial assistance and certain students on selective basis may be entitled to scholarships and concession of fees depending on the criteria such as follows:<br><br>Government Scholarships: A few endorsed states' governments give out scholarships to students who are from low economic backgrounds or of certain categories (for example SC/ST/OBC) for a small percentage of the tuition fees.<br><br>Merit-Based Scholarships : The college may offer merit-based scholarship awards to students with excellent grades; however these do not typically fully cover the tuition fees.<br><br>Fee Concession or Financial Aid : In some cases, the college may offer fee waivers to some extent to students who qualify for it, but this does not include a promise of 100% fee waiver.</p>
