CRL stands for Common Rank list. AIR stands for All India Rank. Crl is same as overall rank. It consists of all the categories. For general category candidates only CRL is considered. CRL is your AIR in general Category. For other categories both AIR and CRL are considered.

Hi, Crl is an abbreviation for Common Rank list But it is different from air as air is given for every category differently.

No, CRL or common rank list has general, OBC, SC, etc. But in AIR has different sets for different categories. So whatever is your CRL rank in JEE Mains it is bound to climb up after everything gets sorted. Thank you.
