Does CT Institute of Higher Studies refund fees?

<p>As per my research during admission every institute either private or government they take some money as security money which is refundable at after completing the degree or if you are withdrawing the form. However after taking admission some institutes do not refund the admission fee except security money.&nbsp;</p><p>Apart from this you should once visit the official website or contact the institute for better enquiry.</p>
