Does Delhi quota exist for engineering students this year in DTU?? And what other advantages are there for a Delhi pass out(General)??

Is there any quota provided for students(General) who have done schooling from Delhi schools for admission to engineering colleges of Delhi? As I have passed 10th this yr and i am a 60-80% scorer and I have sports quota also and I m yet to decide whether to change the school to Delhi or not.
