Does Delhi University prefer 12th stream (non-medical) passed out seeking for BA?

Will they prefer non-medical other than art and commerce?

    There is no such preference. It will all depend on your best of 4 and the criteria that you follow like change of stream, etc.

    Yes, you can apply for B.A no matter which stream you had in class 12th. However colleges under Delhi university deduct a certain percentage from your best of four for changing your stream nevertheless, you are eligible to apply and opt for B.A.
