Does DIHM accepts students from Bhutan? I am from Bhutan but currently residing in Delhi.

One has to apply directly to NCHMCT the governing body of DIHM. As they have quota for different SAARC Countries which allows them to take direct admission. You may contact NCHMCT Noida directly.
