Does distance learning MBA / PGDM have any scope in HR field?
I have done B.Com and have 4 years of work experience in the banking industry.

It has helped employed class to move further up in their career ladder. For a fresher, a regular course is advisable.

Regular course is not possible as I am working professional but want to switch to HR profile. What should be done in this case.
