Does doing M.Sc in Tourism and Hospitality Management have equal weightage with mBA in Same field

as i want to persue M.Sc in Tourism and hospitality management ..does in future at the time of job who will get preference a MBA or M.Sc in Tourism and hospitality Management, or both have equal weightage.....please do reply sooner
