Does Dr. B. Lal Institute of Biotechnology have good placements?

<p>According to the alumni of the institute, reputable and well-known companies like Horiba, Lab Asia, Triviton and many more visit Dr. B. Lal Institute of Biotechnology for placements. These companies recruit students either for internships or full-time jobs. The highest package for BSc students is INR 50,000 and the lowest is INR 15 LPA to INR 20 LPA . The placement scenario can vary from year to year, but it has been mentioned that more than half the strength is placed. The others tend to choose higher studies. This college also provides internships in various modules like plant biotechnology, animal biotechnology, nanotechnology, bioinformatics, molecular biology, microbiology, medical microbiology, etc. Students who are getting admission in B.Sc programme also get scholarships based on their 12th marks. Plus an entrance exam is conducted and the students who are in the merit list are also awarded.</p>
