Yes, Dr. B.R.K.R. Government Ayurvedic College in Hyderabad reserves 10% of its seats for Backward Classes/OBC (BCD) category. The college also reserves seats for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, Children/Widows of Defence Personnel, and more.

To be eligible for admission to the B.A.M.S. course at Dr. B.R.K.R. Government Ayurvedic College, general category students must have scored at least 50% in their 12th grade. The college also considers NEET and AYUSH scores for admission.
