For regular courses like UG and PG, the university does not conduct any entrance examination for admission purpose.However for P.hd. courses, every department conducts their own entrance examination. Some of the departments like Microbiology also conduct entrance examination.For UG & PG, the admiss

No, Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University does not conduct any entrance exam. Entrance in this college is based on marks of class 12th and the marks of particular subject in which the students want to get honours degree,.admission is merit based.
