Does DTU has lateral entry program for Diploma in mechanical engineering student?

Yes DTU provides B.Tech lateral entry program to Diploma holders. There is some requirements of aggregate in Diploma which you can look at DTU website. Also, DTU has not yet provided any link for B.Tech LEET exam.

Yes, there is, but the problem is that the seats are quite less and hence you have to work hard to get into this college.

Yes, but the fee is a bit higher and minimum percentage in Diploma is 75 to 80.

DTU has a provision of lateral entry admission in 2nd year of B.Tech for Diploma holders. You may refer to following link for details of lateral entry admission process: http://www.dtu.ac.in/Web/Admission/b.tech(LE).php
