Yes, the Certificate Course in Ethical Hacking & Cyber Security is offered by the Hansraj College (HRC, DU) in association with the RKCSM.

DU SOL offers cyber security certificate course.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh College offer PG Diploma in Cyber Security.
