Yes, it is correct that DCE (now DTU) used to give University of Delhi's B.Tech degree, but now it is a state university. Same is the case with Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology. So, those colleges will also give you B.Sc Degree. But, there is a center in University of Delhi that is providing B
