Does each state conduct its own LEET exam? Can I get admission in a government college after Diploma in metallurgy for B.Tech?

Hello Ravi,
Normally admissions are given based on your performance. If you have merit then you can choose the college of your choice. If you are low on merit then you have to select from a limited choice.
