EIMR Business School offers scholarships to meritorious students. The scorers of above 80% in their last qualifying exams of Class 12 are eligible to get a fee waiver ranging between INR 20,000 - INR 60,000 depending upon the course. The course-wise details are as follows:

- BCA AI, Data science, plain: 90% above – INR 20,000
- BBA ENVC, MFMB, Solopreneurship:
- 80% to 85% – INR 20,000
- 85% to 90% - INR 30,000
