Does every employer provide fixed-term contracts everytime to the non-hotel management graduates?

Can it be made permanent after the successful completion of the term?

No. Not actually. You can definitely change the industry but it is not said anywhere you need to work for fixed term or so. There are people who are non hotel management graduates and earning good and changing after years of experience.
