Does every US university require TOEFL?

Hi Aryan, I think you did not go through the university website properly as all the information is clearly mentioned on the website. NYIT offer BS in ECE and mechanical engineering, there is no B.Tech abroad, the program page mentions the SAT score is required. For international students whose first language is not English, you must take TOEFL exam. This is what they say 'If you graduated from a US high school or with a four-year Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited United States institution, then you do not need to take the TOEFL, IELTS or PTE exam.
