Does every US university require TOEFL?

I am in 12th. I want to do B.Tech in New York Institute of technology. My SAT exam is on 6 May. I visited your official site. SAT score is not mentioned. In optional, IELTS, TOEFL and PTE score are there. Please reply beacause TOEFL exam is on 1st april.

Hi Aryan, I think you did not go through the university website properly as all the information is clearly mentioned on the website.
