Yes, all the applicants whose first language is not English must provide proof of English language proficiency. For the same purpose, the applicants can provide IELTS scores. The test results must be within the last 2 years. Besides IELTS, the applicants can also submit TOEFL / CAEL / PTE Academic / Duolingo, etc. test scores.
