Flora Institute of Technology was founded by Dr Atul Padalkar, and he put his sincere efforts to make this college better. Every faculty member in the college is well-educated and has a minimum of 5-years of experience. All faculty members are helpful to students in both curricular and extracurricular activities. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. Teachers arrange industrial visits for students to provide some practical knowledge for students. Teachers use their personal contact to get permission for industrial visits.
