Yes, International Undergraduate students can get a scholarship of 12,000 USD a year for a four year of total 48,000 USD. However, the students must meet the English proficiency requirement of Ball State University so students can take advantage of this award and pay charges for non-resident tuition.

All admitted first-year applicants of Florida State University are automatically considered for the Office of Admission’s merit-based academic scholarships. As such, no separate scholarship application is required for these scholarships to FSU. These scholarships are competitive in nature and awarded on the basis of academic merit (a combination of the GPA and test scores of the applicants).
