Yes the Gargi college allow to pursue B.A.Economics Hons without maths in class 12th many of the University doesn't allow the B.A. Economics without maths but the Gargi college allow it without mathematics in class 12th so if any students is pass 12th class without mathematics then they are eligible

Gargi College (University of Delhi) requires Mathematics (core or applied) in Class 12 for Admission to B.A. (Hons.) Economics. You cannot pursue the Honours programme without it.
