Hi.
Yes GIBS require valid scorecards to be submitted at the time of the application or interview. If you apply before the exam results are announced (for example, applying with a past year's score while waiting for a current one), the admissions office is flexible and allows you to update the score later by contacting them directly or logging back into the portal.
