Government scholarship is not enough.and i think for thwe courses u are talking about is not only has to do in foreign countries because in fact the thing u can also get in India with all the countries have the getting term of doing the same in international scenario and the main thing is all about

No its not at all enough.Since only a percentage of total amount is given to us as scholarship
