No, there is no college under IPU, which has a wing of NCC. But, you can still join the open wing of NCC, which enrolls cadets from any college, provided that the college is in Delhi. The Air Wing headquarters are located in Safdarjung Enclave. They will clear any doubts that you have, and will also
