Gauhati University has formed academic and industrial collaborations with more than 30 national and international institutes and organisations for the overall development of its students. Some of the leading MoUs include the National University of Laos (LPDR), the University of Naples (Italy) and Burdwan University, among others. Collaborations with such renowned universities will help the students get the overall exposure. Additionally, the university has been ranked 36 under the University category by NIRF 2022, the university is also accredited by NAAC with an A grade.
