Does higher CGPA matters in 'selection decision final selection' phase of job recruitment and selection procedure?
For instance, two applicants 'A's GPA is 67% while 'B's GPA is above 80% throughout the academic background, both of them reached the 'final decision' phase by performing well. If it is figured out that both of them performs well, will the preference be given to those having a high GPA?
