Does IBS-Mumbai offer PGPM instead of PGDM? Will it affect while applying for jobs?
I have 2.5 years of experience and planning for PGPM from IBS-Mumbai.

IBS Mumbai PGPM is a full-time post graduate programme which is industry recognised programme whereas PGDM is a Diploma programme approved by AICTE and is also equivalent to 2 years full time MBA programme. Ideally, you should look for companies visiting the campus for placements but if your campus is providing good opportunities then the degree should not matter but since you have 2.5 years of work ex I would recommend you to go in for PGDM programme with a good institution.
