You have to appear for GD/PI after filling the form.
They don't just consider marks, your performance on the above will also be taken into account. -

Yes, IES accepts MAT score. To get into IES, you can fill in the application form and try your luck. For the final selection, the scores of the competitive exams is not the only basis of shortlisting. You are judged on other parameters also like your 10th,12th and graduation marks, work experience if any, psychometric test and your performance in the GD and PI round.
