They conduct all three process and this year, they also have one more process, which is writing ability. -

Yes, IES MCRC do conduct Psychometric test along with GD and PI. They process would be like starting with Psychometric test followed by group discussion. Later with 2 rounds of PI. They have weightage allotment for each parameters.
