Does IES PGDM gives you the option to choose specialization in 2nd year or you have to choose it in first year itself?

    Hi Shreyas!
    For specialisation, IESMCRC gives you some time to decide and confirm but it has to be before the end of 1st year as accordingly they might allot you for your placement process. The main focus of IES MCRC is that in 1st year they would make you learn all the subjects with no specific one related to either one of the specialisation so that you have the basic idea as to what each specialisation might have and later you choose your interest of specialisation and get placed in firm for you summers. So it would be better for you if you choose one by the end of the 2nd semester in college I. e. roughly around 6 to 7 months of join

    Yes, in fact in 3rd trimester, we have specialisation workshops.
