Does Ignou have any credit transfer system?

In 2004 I went for B.com from SOL, DU bt after completion of 2nd year, I had 2 leave my studies. As DU has rule 2 complete graduation within 5 years from date of reg, what can I do?Should I go 4 universities offering Graduation in 1 year or Start from 0?Also is there any credit transfer in IGNOU?
