does IGNOU offers direct entry into MBA couse through distance mode without appearing in the OPENMAT ? if yes how ?

i have completed my graduation from Andhra university and has work experience of 12 and half years as supervisor . can i get direct admission into MBA without appearing the OPEN MAT conducted by IGNOU ?
