Does IGNOU Regional Centre Ahmedabad refund fees?

IGNOU Regional Centre Ahmedabad has the refund policy. If in case, a learner wants to cancel his admission prior to confirmation of the same, all the fees are refunded. On confirmation, the refunds are available within certain time frames:
- 15 working days: refund after deduction of INR 500.
- 16-90 days: Refund upon deduction of INR 1000.
- No refund can be allowed 90 days post.
