Does IHM-Gangtok provide good placement opportunities? Should I go for a private institute?

Hi, IHM-Gangtok is not good considering the placements and exposure. It is no where in front of the top IHMs such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore etc. Some good private IHMs are -
International Institute Of Hotel Management
Christ University
Rizvi College Of hotel management, Mumbai
IP University
IHM Aurangabad
